Chris Jones
Chris Jones is set on creating development opportunities and building businesses in the international CRE market – specifically Latin America. Most recently, Chris spent time in Brazil evaluating international market opportunities and building a business network in and around Latin America. To that end, Chris is currently investing in building a North American network in the CRE financing and development space, while he continues to look to Latin America for development opportunities that will arise in the next five years as the international community looks to make investments in emerging markets. Chris recently founded Ibiza Holdings to take advantage of growth opportunities in both markets. Previously, Chris spent five years working as an executive and/or consultant with technology and business services start-ups where he successfully led sales and business development. Chris holds Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Spanish, with a focus on Latin American Studies from Saint Joseph’s University and studied language, culture, and international markets at St. Louis University in Madrid, Spain. Chris resides in the Philadelphia area, has a full professional proficiency in Spanish and has a professional working proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
